Introducing our new limited-edition collab CBD edibles made with Gossamer and Chef Tara Thomas. Featuring peak-season watermelon, tomato, and sencha green tea infused with single-strain flower rosin.
The use of rosin—unlike solvent-extracted distillate commonly found in edibles—preserves the cannabinoids and terpenes as they are found in the plant, increasing the effective dose and bioavailability of the full-spectrum CBD in each piece. In other words: they taste better and make you feel better, too.
Developed in collaboration with Brad Leone, Chokeberry Yuzu Peppercorn features the dark, tannic, superfood flavor of antioxidant-rich chokeberries, yuzu and Space Pepper, green peppercorn.
Fresh-pressed green juice made from apple, spinach, watercress, cucumber, and ginger, infused with rosin we press in-house from the award winning White CBG flower.
For this recipe, Gravenstein apple cider is blended with a tart and floral Ume Plum syrup from Oakland-based Yumé Boshi - winner of the 2018 good food awards. Finished with a fresh pressed ginger juice for a little touch of spice.
