We made a Delight version of our pastry chef friend Natasha Pickowicz’s Black Sesame Layer Cake, a recipe from her new cookbook More Than Cake. Featuring ripe pineapple plus the juice and zest of lime, coated in black sesame powder ground in-house and infused with Special Sauce CBD flower rosin. The rich tropical flavors of Natasha’s take on a classic pineapple cake come through here in this super limited run of Delights.
