Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is a compound contained in marijuana plants. Hemp-derived THC is the same exact compound, derived from federally legal hemp flower in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
How are CBD and THC different?
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) refers to the primary chemical compound responsible for cannabis’ euphoric effects. THC is one of many cannabinoids, or chemical compounds, produced by the cannabis plant that bind to receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid receptors. Whole fruits and vegetables are processed in our kitchen and combined with our slow-extracted flower rosin. Rather than treating each as separate components, the taste of each is adjusted until we achieve a flavorful balance.
Starting with a single strain of whole, cured flower, we apply gentle heat and pressure to release a gooey, resinous substance called flower rosin. This natural extract contains a richer expression of compounds and terpenes and their therapeutic benefits.
