Rose Seasonals are recipes created with our global community of chef collaborators, made to showcase the best of California agriculture at the peak of the season. For a limited time, we’re offering a 3-Delight Seasonal Trio with a selection of our favorite flavors of the summer: Lychee Martini, Salty Plum, and Tomato basil.

Our Lychee Martini Delights made in collaboration with comedians Kate Berlant and Jacqueline Novak of Poog begin with fresh-peeled lychees, which we blend into a pale pink, fragrant puree. Infused with our sun-grown sativa flower and 1 MG THC, these offer a subtle dose of euphoria.

Salty Plum (Xi Muoi) is a super punchy, tart, and tangy Delight made with fresh lime juice and zest and coated in salty green plum powder. Infused with our sun-grown flower with a balanced infusion of 2.5mg THC and 2.5mg CBD. 

For Tomato Basil, we blended canned Italian Datterinis tomatoes with peak season Full Belly Farm Clementina Cherry and Gold Nova Cherry varieties, cooking down the mixture into a fragrant, fruity jam, and finishing with a housemade basil salt. Each Delight is infused with 3 MG THC with sativa effects.

Lychee Martini: Lychee Martini is a twist on our fan-favorite Rose Singles, with low-dose sativa effects.

  • What is flower rosin?

    Rosin is an unprocessed and pure, full-spectrum extract mechanically pressed from the whole flower. The process is as pure and simple as placing the flower between two metal plates on a hydraulic press. The two plates lightly heat the flower and press down to squeeze a rich extract called “flower rosin” from the buds of the plant. Our rosin is pressed in our kitchen in San Francisco.

  • Who creates the recipes for Seasonal Delights?

    Seasonal Delights are collaborations between Rose and other chefs and/or creatives from around the world. Each seasonal recipe is cooked in the Rose kitchen by chef Joey Rachel and his team. Our latest recipes were created by Enrique Olvera, Dominique Crenn, Lexie Park, and Virgilio Martinez.

  • When will my order arrive?

    We ship directly from our facility on Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from purchase date. Shipping dates vary by your location and delivery options. A tracking code is provided via email when your order has left our kitchen. Email orders@roselosangeles.com or call 415-429-0369 if you’re unable to successfully track your purchase.
