Delights Club is a way to try the small batches we’re experimenting with in the Rose kitchen in real time. Each edition is produced in a limited run of under 500 boxes, featuring novel ingredients and ideas from our brilliant network of chefs and creative food minds. No. 1 is Tart Vinegar, featuring Lemon Singer vinegar from Brooklyn, NY-based vinegar maker Chris Crawford (aka TART). This recipe blends Tart’s tangy lemon and hibiscus vinegar and Preserved Lemon paste plus additional hibiscus we grew at the Rose Farm, infused with CBD flower rosin pressed from Sonoma Hills Farm’s Sour Space Candy. It all started with the thought, “could we make a Delight from our favorite vinegar?” Turns out we could. Only 280 boxes exist.
